Executive Director

As our Executive Director, Gary Cuff brings a wealth of proven business experience and success to Gin Dance Company (GDC).  Gary spent 12 ½ years heading up the Graphics Department for Val-Pak Direct Marketing Systems, Inc., the largest direct mail marketing firm in the nation.  He left Val-Pak to take on the role of Director of the Digital Imaging Service Center for Cadmus Journal Services, the largest producer of technical, medical, and scientific journals in the world.  In a return to advertising and marketing, Gary then spent 7 ½ years as the Senior Vice President for United Marketing Solutions.  In these positions, Gary has been responsible for multi-million dollar budgets, development and implementation of new technologies, capital expenditure decisions, direct supervision and full responsibility for hundreds of employees and staff members.  Following his entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to own his own business, coupled with his success as a real estate investor and a genuine nature of helping others, Gary transition to a career in Real Estate.  After 7 years as an Associate Broker with Weichert Realtors and Re/Max Allegiance, Gary launched his own company in 2005.  As the Principal Broker/Owner of Cuff & Company Realtors, Gary has enjoyed many successes including being a consistent recipient of numerous awards in recognition of his productivity.  In 2016, Gary took on the position of Managing Broker with Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest independently owned real estate company in the United States with over 10,000 agents and $30 Billion Dollars in annual sales.  He is a well respected and high achieving member of the Real Estate & Business communities, known for his rock solid reputation and high ethics.  Gary states that he ‘Is thrilled to be a part of Gin Dance Company … Working with such creative people is an amazing experience’ … In his role as Executive Director, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business side of GDC.
