With over three decades of diverse business expertise, Gary brings a wealth of experience to Gin Dance Company (GDC). Gary’s journey includes leadership roles at Val-Pak Direct Marketing Systems, Cadmus Journal Services, and United Marketing Solutions, where he managed multimillion-dollar budgets, spearheaded technological advancements, and led large teams.
Gary’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to a successful career in real estate including the establishment of his own company, Cuff & Company Realtors. As Regional Director & Principal Broker for Realty Executives, he oversaw 13 offices, several hundred agents, and numerous transactions, earning recognition for his outstanding achievements.
In 2016, Gary assumed the role of Managing Broker at Long & Foster Real Estate, a company with over 8,000 agents averaging more than $30 billion in annual sales. Respected in both the real estate and business communities, Gary contributes his expertise to GDC as the Executive Director, overseeing all business-related aspects.
