Gin Dance Company is proud to be a featured performer at the 2013 Reston Multicultural Festival. The Festival is a celebration of the diversity and community spirit that is found in Reston. This annual event brings together the people of Reston to celebrate our rich medley of cultures. Come and share with family, friends, and neighbors the music, entertainment, dress, food, and cultural treasures from all over the world that are all right here. This signature Reston event honors the diversity that is one of our greatest assets. Everyone is encouraged to dress in attire from their own cultural roots and share the stories that we gather on the pathways of our lives.

2012 Reston Multicultural Festival, SUCCESS!!

This past Saturday September 22, 2012 we were excited to bring two very different dances to the 2012 Reston Multicultural Festival; ‘The Core’, a piece heavily presented with Eastern philosophy and movement influenced by Choreographer Shu-Chen Cuff’s rich Asian Dance heritage (Shu-Chen is originally from Taiwan); and ‘Simply Bach’, in which Shu-Chen explores the Ballet technique blended with Asian Dance movements.
