We are so thankful for those who came to join our Barnes & Noble Bookfair this afternoon (11/15/2014).  We are so appreciate your support.  To those who couldn’t make it to our Barnes & Noble Bookfair… No problem. You can still support GDC by shopping at Barnes & Noble’s website (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/) from 11/15/14 to 11/20/14. When you check out online, scroll to the very bottom and choose “Check this box if it is a Bookfair Order” and enter GDC’s bookfair ID # 11234598. Thank you for your help!!

GDC Annual Bookfair Fun… It’s Still Not To Late to Participate!

If you missed our Bookfair at Barnes & Noble yesterday, you missed a good time! We really enjoyed seeing everyone who came out, but it’s not too late to participate! You can shop online between today and Thursday (11/7) and Barnes & Noble will still credit the online sales towards our Bookfair totals… There’s no additional cost to you, but you have to follow the following procedure for GDC to get credit for your purchase:1. Go to http://www.barnesandnoble.com/bookfairs/
2. Under the ‘Already Signed Up For A Bookfair’ section, click on ‘Start Shopping Now!’
3. Then have fun shopping for your books, CD’s, DVD’s, etc.
4. When your ready to check out, from the payment page, scroll to the very bottom and choose “Check this box if it is a Bookfair Order” (Note, if signed in to your BN.com account, you may need to click “Change” on the Payment section to the Checkout page and then scroll to the bottom).
5. Enter our Bookfair ID, 11043395, where indicatedThat’s it! You can get a jump on your holiday shopping and help us continue to produce innovative and inspiring performing arts at the same time.We greatly appreciate your support.

GDC at Barnes & Noble Bookfair Community Outreach!

Gin Dance Company (GDC) was performing and having behind the scenes open discussions with the Artists and Artistic Director/Choreographer Shu-Chen Cuff from 11:00-4:00 p.m. on October 20.  We also had story times with children.  We thank you Barnes & Noble for giving us the opportunity to reach out to the community and the generous donation of a portion of all sales.  If you didn’t make it to our Barnes & Noble Bookfair this past weekend… No problem. You can still support GDC by shopping at Barnes & Noble in store or online anywhere in U.S. for the next 4 days. Just give GDC’s bookfair ID # 10855583 to the cashier when you check out at the register. For purchase online, on the payment page, scroll to the very bottom and choose “Check this box if it is a Bookfair Order” and enter GDC’s bookfair ID #. If you signed in to your BN.COM account, you may need to click “Change” on the payment section on the checkout page and then scroll to bottom. GDC Dancer Lindsay Garrett’s Photography in Meals on Wheels’ Book. Join us at Barnes & Noble Bookfair and Get Lindsay’s Autographed Book!!

GDC dancer Lindsay Benson Garrett will be doing a book signing for a fabulous Meals on Wheels’ cookbook called “Made with Love-Meals on Wheels Family Cookbook” at our Barnes & Noble bookfair at 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on October 20!!  Yes, she is an amazing dancer and she is also a talented photographer.  This book is full of great recipes and the whole book of beautiful photos were taken by Lindsay.
